The finned radiator, having the strong points of reliable sealing strength for oil-saving, good radiating effect, beautiful appearance, easy installation and maintenance and so on, is the ideal heat sink cooling unit for some transformers like oil-immersed transformer and reactor etc.

Structure
a. Fixed type: welded to the tank wall of transformer directly. (Refer to the Figure 1)
b. Set up type: connected to tank with flange. (Refer to the Figure 2)
Note: A stands for the center distance, B stands for the fin width, N stands for the number of fins.

Cooling System
a. Self cooled type: the radiator is used to emit heat through the natural convection of air.
b. Forced air-cooled type: the radiator is used to emit heat through the blowing of fan (bottom blowing or side blowing).
c. Forced oil forced air-cooling type: the radiator is used to emit heat through forced air and oil circulation.

Label, package, transportation, and storage
All the delivered products shall be attached with quality certificate and certificate of conformity with its model and specification, inspector, date of production and so on; the products shall be packed with wood package for convenient transportation; the mouth of collecting pipe shall be covered with plastic, and the PC type radiators can be sealed with steel cover board according to the users' requirements. The radiator shall be stored in rain proof, moisture proof, anticorrosive, and anti fungus places, and do not take off the cover before using it.
