Applications
The wired SF6 density sensor valve group is primarily used to monitor and control the density of SF6 gas in sealed containers. It is widely applied in SF6 high-voltage switches, medium-voltage switches, gas-insulated equipment (GIS), high-voltage cables, transformers, current transformers, and outdoor harsh environments. Installed at equipment gas replenishment or micro-water measurement ports, it enables quick and convenient operation. The valve group can wirelessly transmit SF6 gas density (P20), temperature, pressure, and optional micro-water signals to the target terminal device. It includes a gas replenishment port and reliable circuit transmission functionality, establishing an effective platform for real-time remote data reading and monitoring. Target devices analyze data to control corresponding terminal actions.

The wired SF6 density sensor valve group aggregates data via an RS485 interface to a 16-port RS-485 hub. The hub uploads data to the upper-level management system through the RS485 interface. The target device can read density and other parameters in real time, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
